I had planned on arriving to the class 8 minutes prior, my typically time which i always sat around on Instagram while we waited to start. Once I arrived I found out that half the street has construction going on and the usual parking is not available today. Unfortunately because of this I ended up arriving only two minutes ”

“The studio is beautiful, two outer walls have huge, beautiful windows, letting in the outside sunlight but keeping it still intimate since itu2019s on the 2nd floor. They have a 6am 50 min class which for people working east coast or cerebral hours is gold, the only studio I could find in the area with 6 am class. Itu2019s so comfortably warm and you get nice and sweaty 10 minutes into the flow. The yoga instructor was great”
