“Not a great gym for beginners. I came for the beginner BJJ classes, but the Monday instructor is pretty brutal getting you into sparring on the first day without knowing what's going on as well as routinely denying water breaks to the students. After getting a collection of bruises, a sprained wrist and ankle, and constant dehydration, I decided this gym isn't a good place to start. Props to the Wednesday instructor ”
