“It's not what it used to be in terms of service and quality. I made a purchase and the item was faulty (not sure how much I can write here in terms of vocabulary being censored, so stay with me...). There was a firing pin issue causing lots of misfires and jams. The Highsmith crew promised to make it right and I took it in for service.
