“REALLY FRUSTRATED! I live in Tallahassee, Florida, & I've done the CRC Thanksgiving Day race several times when visiting family in Dallas. This past Thanksgiving, I started in the half then decided to turn around & run the 5k with my boyfriend. Contacted them via email & phone several times prior to them mailing race packets to notify them of my address change prior to them mailing the packet & they never responded. They sent the packet to the incorrect address and now I am out of the money I spent and without what I paid for. Terrible communication from a terrible company.”
