“This place is nice. Hadnu2019t heard of this place until my kid started playing tournaments there. I must say first, everyone that works here are VERY nice! But The Plex, you must do better. The wait times and lack of people available between games is ridiculous. Our kids get hungry, and your sign says no outside food or drink. The line is backed up. Sometimes kids donu2019t get to eat. Please add more people to help on game”
