She never stepped foot on the ice and within 5-10 minutes of purchasing the ticket I asked for a refund but was denied.Then the guy at the counter said I might have a pass but followed up with never mind I donu2019t and I canu2019t give you a refund. “This place has been terrible for 20+ years. The ice is brutal, especially in the summer time. They redid the locker showers on one side which took 6 months and made them it worse. Menu2019s league fees keep going up while you get less games. Oh and now you have to register with their garbage parent company Black Bear just for the privilege of playing at 11 pm on a Monday night. They put ZERO of all this money back into t”
