The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable, but was very impatient and irritated with questions from people just learning about the sport and trying to find the right racquets. He made people feel stupid.”

“Was really disappointed because I'm apart of a hybrid program that would require me to be in Phoenix for 2 weeks at a time intermittently. Called and even showed up to talk with them about any custom memberships but the guy at the front shut it down quick even when the stringer was trying to suggest a solution. 2 weeks at a time is too long to pay 20/visit but too short for the monthly membership. “No rules or order. We came on a Friday at 2pm because this place is always packed with people. We were in the middle of a game when Richard order us to share the court with someone who was waiting not even 5 mins for the court. When there were 3 other courts that people were at but apparently they were training so they donu2019t have to share the court. Makes no sense. This place is obnoxiously rude and unwelcoming. Will”

“One of my favorite places to be. I come here about once a week on my days off. The owner, Guy Chadwick, is nice and always willing to help. Some of the other employees, such as Warren, is really nice too. They offer memberships and classes for adults and kids. Without the membership its $10 to play and $3 for a racket. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're interested in picking up badminton.”
