“Great spot near millennium Park. The skate ribbon is very fun, I think much more room for skaters to enjoy and less chaos that the ice rink at the bean. Skate rentals were good, our friends young boy wasn't allowed to wear the strap on kids skates, but they were able to rent some skates his size. Concession stand was good. Hot chocolate was a hit.”

“Service can be fast and easy if you bring your own skates. Being able to buy tickets in advance is a plus, however, where it loses its charm is with the service. Was told I can go inside as I had my own skates and wanted to do a walk-in. There was a dark skinned girl sitting at the front desk was on her phone watching videos at full volume. When it came to her having to wristband me, she seemed irritated and annoyed.”
