“A family friendly arcade in the South Bay area. This place closes late and can accommodate large groups of parties. I wouldnu2019t say this is top-notch like Dave & Busteru2019s, but it will do the trick. They have bowling, party rooms, karaoke, games, billiards, arcade games, claw games, and food and drinks. The service is just all right, but how can you blame them? Itu2019s a tall order for a big area and lots of people. As fo”

“This is a newer Round 1 in National City at the Westfield mall. Itu2019s quite large! There are an incredible amount of claw machines. Some are duplicates. They have small keychain plushies as well as large plushies and action figures. Itu2019s hard to flag down help because you have to walk around to find someone. The times when someone did come, they were very helpful. But maybe because they knew I already spent so much mo”

“We've been waiting around for 15 minutes for our ice cream but a guy next to us has been waiting for over half an hour before us for their pizza. There's been a lot of walking by and making eye contact, but not actually providing service for this line building. The arcade looks fun though. Eat before going here. Or just go to arcade monsters in downtown.”

“e have been here a few times. If you go early it is a decent experience. Went on a Saturday at 2pm, I asked how long of a wait for bowling? They told me an hour and forty five minutes. We played games and waited around, when 415pm hit, I went to the counter and asked how much longer. They told me another hour and a half. Went to eat and still nothing. I finally gave up. I didnu2019t receive a text until 715pm. It is quit”

“Absolutely had a blast today at grand opening!! We won a ton of stuffed animals. Be warned the games are mostly crane games so if that's not your thing then set your expectations. The best part is how you can win on these games! I highly recommend coming! The staff was great, super nice and very helpful! Edit: 4/1/25 They changed out a lot of the machines to be the skill based ones which are still fun, but in regards”

“Round one was clean and had a nice mini bowling alley decent snack bar and fully functional bar as well. They have arcade machines as far as you can see ranging from claw machines to video games to coin pushers and everything in between that you might find at a Dave & Buster's although the exception being a lot of the crane machines are the Asian style. The karaoke rooms are very spacious and a good song selection. T”

“Had an awful experience at Round 1. Customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. Staff refused to serve alcohol well before closing time with no clear explanation, even though we were seated and following the rules. On top of that, we were kicked out of our seating area way before closing, rushed out, and treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The attitude from staff was rude, dismis”

“I'm in my late 20s and this is a fun arcade for myself and my friends. The crane games are actually winnable (sometimes). The arcade games are fun. I haven't tried the bowling or the food. It is very easy to accidentally spend too many credits on crane games so I recommend doing arcade games first”
