“Shout out to Rodney our instructor. My nephew roped me in at the last minute for a surfing class. I know Iu2019m out of shape when it comes to cardio but its been on my bucket list for some time so I went anyway. I was on the verge of wimping out when I got out there due to my lack of conditioning but Rodney helped me to push through and keep going til I got on the board and actually rode the waves.
