On 11/25 I bought a pair of shoes for my husband, kinda blindly, as I grabbed what I thought his size was and took the box to the front to check out. When I got them home, he tried them on and they didn't fit”

“My husband received a gift from a friend that purchased a tshirt that was too small. The sale tags were on the shirt. I had no receipt. “They really don't respect or value the customers time or give you much of theirs spent over an hour waiting for them to find a firearm that was purchased online. After looking up what locations and availability of the firearm I desired and seeing the closest one was just over an hour away was the only one available for same day pickup so seeing it was the only one and a round trip drive of 2 hours during the work wee”

“I personally don't like the attitude of some employees here. I tried to find some items I was shopping for, management asked a lady to help me. She helped for a second and couldn't find the items so, she just pointed in the area of where it might be. The whole time she looked like I disturbed her sleep, had a passive aggressive attitude like I was bothering her peace...SMH. So I just left the store!”

Saw a mom trying to get the sale price of an item that had the holiday deal tag on it, and Lyn was refusing to modify the price that rang up higher to the sale price. Absolutely put a sour taste in mouth and had me walking out. If the sale tag is saying a price that's advertised it's up to the business to honor it, not up to your customers to pay the differe”
