“I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone; their policies are confusing and dishonest. I bought a pair of shoes in Los Angeles that were extremely uncomfortable. When I traveled to San Francisco, I found out they have no stores there (only in LA and a small one in Santa Ana), so I had to mail them back. To my surprise, the company does not cover the return shipping label; I had to spend an extra $35 out of my own poc”

I went on a day when there were barely any other customers and received little to no guidance or support in selecting the right shoe and fit. I have several pairs of Hoka shoes but will be reconsidering after this abysmal service”
