RUN to Change Lives is a nonprofit sports, running/walking club that organizes running events and supports charitable causes. Our flagship event, the Castle Rock Turkey ROCK Trot, has grown to attract thousands of runners from around the state of Colorado since 2015. We also host three other annual races as part of our ROCK & RUN Series: ShamROCK Stampede, July 4th ROCK-IT RUN, and JR Pinon Memorial Run. In addition to in-person events, we have a growing online community that encourages and empowers athletes of all abilities to move together for important causes around the world.
