Charlotte Harbor Dragons is a paddling club that specializes in the sport of Dragon Boat Racing. Dragon boat racing utilizes a 40 foot canoe like boat that seats 20 paddlers. It is great fun and is growing in popularity in the US every year. Dragon boat racing is a team sport that requires working together (timing is everything), mastering the forward paddling stroke, and building one’s fitness and endurance. We are a diverse group of men and women who share a love of the water, competing as a team, working hard at our craft, and having a good time! In addition to team practices, we organize a variety of social and community events throughout the year.
