All Lax, ranked the #1 girls lacrosse program in Central NJ, is led by 3x gold medalist and 9x Team USA veteran Megan Douty. Our program, based out of the state-of-the-art Goals Performance Academy, offers the most comprehensive year-round training for athletes. We are home to the most competitive teams in Central NJ, providing elite lacrosse training, strength and conditioning, and access to our RESET recovery room, which includes a sauna, cold plunge, and Normatec boots.
