Aksarben Curling has been curling in Omaha since 1958. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to promote the growth of the sport in the region, including supporting youth development and nationally-competitive college teams. We curl on five sheets at Baxter Arena (2425 S 67th St, Omaha, NE 68182). Our main season runs from September through April, with limited curling in the summer. We offer public and private Learn to Curl events that are fun team building activities for families, friends, and coworkers! The events are designed so that anyone can give curling a try regardless their age, skill level, or physical ability. Our organization hosts recreational leagues, bonspiels, youth programming, and college curling.
