Ybbs, Austria – Thirty-three young badminton players from six Lower Austrian badminton Association (NÖBV) clubs participated in a mixed singles and doubles tournament in Ybbs last Sunday. The event was highlighted by the strong showing of the host club, FZSV Sparkasse Ybbs, wich had nine young players competing.

The tournament began with the singles events, divided into three performance categories, mixing genders and ages to foster competitive play. While Singles A had five entrants and Singles B six, the Singles C category saw an impressive 22 young athletes vying for the top spot.
