ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca college’s football program is adding fresh talent to its coaching ranks. Head Coach Michael Toerper announced the appointment of Ben Mason, will Margraff, and alumnus Will Gladney ’20 as assistant coaches, effective March 24.

His father, Bob, was an All-American defensive lineman for the Bombers, and his younger brother, Dan, played for the team from 2021-23.
- Will Margraff: The son of the late Jim Margraff,a legendary Division III head coach,Margraff will oversee the linebackers and serve as co-special teams coordinator. He most recently coached at Marist College in 2024.
