The invitation is a testament to Kandra’s standout performance at the University of Cincinnati. He was recently named to Sports Illustrated’s 2024 College Football All-American Second Team and was also recognized as a Second Team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators.
Pro Football Focus, a leading analytics platform, rated Kandra as the Big 12 Conference’s top right guard for two consecutive seasons. His contributions were integral to the Bearcats’ offensive success, leading the team to a sixth-place ranking in total offense within the conference (averaging 420.6 yards per game) and facilitating running back Corey Kiner’s second consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season.

A: It’s an amazing honor. It’s a chance to showcase my skills and compete against the best players in the country. I’m excited to prove I belong at the next level.
Q: You were named an All-American and a top-rated right guard. What are you most proud of from your time at Cincinnati?
A: Helping my team succeed. We had a great run these past years,and I was lucky to be a part of it. Seeing corey Kiner hit those 1,000-yard seasons was really special.

A: I pride myself on my technique, work ethic, and versatility. I’m always striving to improve and be the best teammate I can be.
