EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — JJ Redick announced that he intends to have his star players, LeBron James and Anthony Davis, participate in the Los Angeles Lakers’ first preseason games this weekend instead of resting them after their gold medal performances with Team USA at the Olympics.
However, Redick did not disclose the exact minutes or playing time for James and Davis during the games against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday and the Phoenix Suns on Sunday at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, California.
