“I joined the show one Monday while we were exchanging insults back and forth regarding Tebow’s performance,” said Carter “I stated bluntly: ‘If throwing the football is important in the NFL, then Tim Tebow will never be a starting quarterback.’ This upset Skip; then he retorted by saying something like ‘That’s why you didn’t win a Super Bowl,’ which was completely irrelevant.”
