The No. 3 Oklahoma State Cowboys wrestling team defeated the no. 5 Northern Iowa Panthers 3-0 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on Friday, january 24.

The Panthers clinched the upset with a decisive victory at 184 pounds. Sophomore tyrell Gordon secured a 6-4 win over Ohio State’s Gabe Simma in a closely contested match.
UNI’s success continued earlier with a win from Joel Devine at 141 pounds. Devine earned a sudden victory against Ohio State’s Dylan D’emilio, highlighting the Panthers’ ability to come through in clutch moments.
