BROOKLYN, Mich. – While Joey Logano and Denny Hamlin are open about their perspectives on the final-lap incident involving them and Austin Dillon during the recent NASCAR race at Richmond Raceway, Dillon shared with a small gathering of reporters at Michigan International Speedway that he is restricted in what he can say until the appeal process concludes.
