Prenatal Yoga Sessions
Starting March 26 at 6:30 PM, prenatal yoga sessions will be offered to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of expectant mothers. The sessions will cover topics such as connecting with the baby, adapting to the changing body and breathing techniques.The sessions will take place on march 26, April 2, April 9 and April 16. the last meeting (April 16) will be focus on sexual and reproductive health in the months following delivery. Each session lasts one hour. Participation requires membership to the Association, with a max of 8 participants.
