TERUEL, Spain – After several years without hosting national badminton tournaments, Teruel is set to welcome the final stage of the National Club League – Aragonese second Division. The competition will take place at the Las Viñas Pavilion this saturday.

The revitalized competition has attracted a record 13 teams, including four from outside the Aragon region, marking a notable increase in participation. More than 100 players will compete, aiming to secure top results for their respective clubs.
Competition Format and Key Teams
The tournament is divided into two groups based on results from previous rounds held in Huesca on Feb. 8 and Alfajarín on March 8. Teams such as Belmecher A, Belmecher B, Estella Urbasa, Binéfar, Alfajarín, VVOsca, Huesca Guatizalema, and Estella ega will compete for the top eight positions. Huesca Vero, Teruel, Barbastro, and Huesca Subordan will vie for ninth through twelfth place, while Huesca Alcanadre finished in 13th position.

Club Badminton Teruel is the sole team representing the province in this National Club League. Their first match is scheduled for 12:45 p.m. against Huesca Vero, with a subsequent match at 3:30 p.m.
