The 2024 NFL preseason has officially started, with the Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, New York Giants, and Detroit Lions playing their opener on Thursday. The remaining teams will compete on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (see the full schedule below).

Patriots: The No. 3 overall pick in the draft for 2024, Drake Maye came into the game during the second series after veteran starter Jacoby Brissett. he participated in seven snaps with this breakdown: three runs and three passes; however, one false-start penalty was also recorded against him.
