Jaguars Name Grant Udinski as New Offensive Coordinator
JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have a new offensive leader. The team announced Wednesday, February 5, that Grant Udinski has been named the franchise’s new offensive coordinator.
Udinski, a five-year NFL coaching veteran, brings a wealth of experience from working with one of the league’s top young coaches and offenses in Minnesota. He spent the past three seasons with the vikings, including the past year as assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach.
Under Head Coach Kevin O’Connell, the Vikings ranked ninth in the NFL in points scored (25.4 points per game) and 12th in total yards (346.9 per game) in 2024. They also finished sixth in passing offense, averaging 237.8 yards per game.

Prior to joining the Vikings, Udinski served as a graduate assistant at Baylor in 2019 and spent 2020-2021 as a coaching assistant with the Carolina Panthers. Udinski, 29, played college football as a defensive end at Towson and Davidson.
