Mont-sur-Marchienne Badminton Club Celebrates Successful Tournament and Facility Improvements
MONT-SUR-MARCHIENNE - The Mont-sur-Marchienne Royal Badminton Club (MSM RBC) is celebrating the successful completion of it’s annual prestigious tournament, which drew top-level Belgian badminton players, alongside improvements to their training facilities.
Top-Tier Tournament a Success Despite Challenges
The recent tournament attracted 127 players, ranging from top Belgian national players to those classified as 8, spread across eight categories. The club noted strong participation from players in the 1-4 ranking categories. “We are very happy with the participation of the rankings 1,2,3 and 4,” said club President pascal Colmonts. However, like many clubs, they are seeing decreased participation in the 7-8 ranking categories.
