ARNHEM, Netherlands – The annual BECA 2000 International junior Master badminton tournament is set to take place on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, at the Valkenhuizen sports hall in Arnhem. This year’s event boasts a strong turnout with 185 players, a significant increase of 40 from last year.

the tournament is a key part of the Badminton Nederland Junior Master circuit, featuring players in the Under 17, Under 15, Under 13, and Under 11 categories. Along with many Dutch participants, a large contingent of players from Belgium will be competing.
Local Club BECA 2000 Fields Six Promising Badminton Players
The organizing club, BECA 2000, will be represented by six of its own players. Joey Cheung and Sumrud Vinod Kumar will compete in both the singles and doubles categories for Under 13s.
Sam Lanz (men’s singles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles) and yong Hassell (men’s single) will represent the club in the Under 15 category.
