This incident has‍ been labeled as ⁢the largest crash in ‌the modern-day Cup Series, despite the sport’s history of significant wrecks, according to CBS‍ Sports.

Reflecting on⁢ the incident, Cindric stated, “I just got turned at the front of the field. Unfortunately, that’s how Daytona ended for us ‌too, which shows that we have fast race cars and‍ good execution.”

“As the leader, I aimed to be as predictable as possible during pushes; it’s just‌ unfortunate.”
