ARGELÈS-GAZOST – Young judokas from the Béarn Bigorre Judo club in Ger showcased their skills at the recent Lavedan Tournament, with every participant securing a spot on the podium. The club’s performance was notably strong in the mini-poussins (ages 7-8) category, where they clinched multiple gold medals.

The outstanding performance of the mini-poussins led to the club winning the first-place cup in the mini-poussins general classification. the Béarn Bigorre Judo club secured fourth place out of 18 participating clubs. Club officials noted the absence of any benjamin team members, whose participation coudl have further improved their overall ranking.

Contributing to the club’s success were the following young athletes: Tom Romme, Mahé Daurin, Nathan Deluc, Louis Brajon, Jean Ventosa, and Jérémy Couloir in the poussins category (ages 9-10); and aaliyah Alassani, Baptiste Simmonet, Ylan Gailhanou, Loukas Soubielle, Gabriel Penen, Giullia Mercier, Clélya Da Silva, and Samuel Sempere in the mini-poussins category (ages 7-8).
